Meet Nina
Owner
Fearless leader. Grand Poo-Bah. The brains behind the biz. Without Nina, none of us would be here. And that’s a sad thought. Not only does Nina have an impeccable eye for fashion and a brilliant mind for business, she has a rare (and startling) skill of being incredibly intuitive about people. Nina has succeeded in creating a team that is not only diversely talented, but very loyal and in tune with each other. A common love for all things taco has bonded the staff like glue, but when it comes down to it, Nina is the reason that Sweet Potato’s is a beautiful, fun and fashionable boutique right here in the quaint village of Kohler, WI.
Meet Teri
General Manager
Nina's right hand gal, the staff go-to and trend ambassador... if we worked in the White House, Teri would be our Commander in Chic. Always running to vendor meetings, attending tradeshows, managing photo shoots, supporting store events and facilitating tons - and tons - of meetings. All. In. Heels. That's our Teri. Never a free moment, with a list a mile long, but always willing to take the time to mentor, share stories, and ask how our weekends were. We love her.

Meet Courtney
Sales Associate
Courtney is contagious...
always coming up with nicknames and fun slang, you'll often find yourself repeating her little euphemisms. And you are bound to find her belting out the lyrics of whatever song is playing on the radio. Courtney currently holds the award for 'Employment Longevity at SP' (Sept '08!!). She started here in her teens, spent a few years as Manager and is now back to weekend warrior. This mamma is high energy and lots of fun and we just cannot imagine the store without her!

Sales Associate
Liz joined our team after years of being a customer. She's a familiar face to so many in the community, and we love the energy she brings to the store. Positive and hard-working, fun and fashionable are a few ways we'd describe her. Liz's discipline and dedication carries over to fitness and health and drives her inspiring body-building career. We are all in awe & are hoping she'll share some tips and tricks with us to help off-set our love for all things taco & nachos....

Graphic Designer
Hello creative, talented and kind human. Jessica is our graphic designer whose artistic skills never fail to floor us. She’s the mind behind our beautiful store windows, billboards and more. Her peace, love and harmony vibes are contagious and she’s a joy to have in the office a few days each week.

She’s the baby of the Sweet Potato’s family, but you wouldn’t guess it. Elle is the volleyball queen. This girl is all over the U.S. playing her heart out. She handles everything with ease and impresses us all. She has the cutest style and truly enjoys helping others find theirs.

Talk about falling right into place! We hunted her down, told her we wanted her as part of our team and it was a seamless transition. Steph’s a busy mom who cherishes her time with her littles, but balances out life a few days a week at Sweet Potato’s. Like many of us, her kryptonite comes in the form of fashion. New shoes. And sweaters. Dresses too… So Steph will happily help you find the perfect outfit. Mostly so that she doesn’t buy it herself.

Teri messaged Steph out of the blue one day and asked her if she wanted a job. Teri didn’t know Steph, but she had left an impression on Nina, so we asked. Couldn’t hurt. She didn’t think we were too creepy and she accepted! Steph brings a lot to the table and soon added bookkeeper to her sales associate role. In her time outside of SP, her favorite things include her adorable girls and hubby, golf, the Packers, and…wine.

She’s the blonde. Seriously – the only blonde in building, lol.
Bella is in love with all things pink and fabulous white sneakers. She’s the sweetest big sister and family is everything. Hard work is ingrained in her soul and she brings a fun and laid-back energy to Sweet Potato’s. Bella will become a Hoosier in the fall of 2022, but we will welcome her back with open arms when she is home for the holidays.
